For the past thirty-five years, Randy Cox has assisted individuals and teams in achieving their vision and finding total fulfillment in their work and life calling by providing exceptional coaching and training for executives and management teams in both corporate and non-profit organizations. Focusing primarily on leadership training, organizational development and career guidance, Randy enables individuals and teams to achieve high levels of productivity and maximize their potential for success.

In addition to providing coaching and training to clients in the United States, Randy has worked with individuals and organizations in Budapest, Morocco, Hong Kong, India, South Korea, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Netherlands, Germany, Saudi Arabia and South Africa.

Randy has a B.S. in Sociology from Texas A&M University and a Master of Divinity (M. Div.) from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.
