There are two fees associated with the “Your Serve” Volunteer Enlistment System.

The initial one-time fee covers:

• development of the custom database containing the church’s ministry serving opportunities, and
• training of the volunteer Connection Team members, who help church members discover their volunteer ministry calling using the online ReWorkMe/IOLAS survey report.

Database development fee – The fee ranges between $1,500 and $2,500 based on the time required to develop the data base, which depends on the number of key ministry leaders on the church staff and the number of ministry opportunities in each area of ministry. A firm quote is given to the church before the contract is signed and the work begins.

Training of Connection Team members – Included in the Database Development Fee.

A recurring fee is incurred each time a church member completes the ReWorkMe/IOLAS Survey and the survey is activated by a Connection Team member.

Recurring ReWorkMe/IOLAS Survey fee – $9.95 per member
